After 3 years of owning two Philips TVs I was finally able to turn it off just with the voice. No update, no apps update. It just worked.. for a week or so.
It stopped working once again. Do you have any idea how should I make it work again?

My Sony TV has this feature, comes and goes as it pleases. Very frustrating. EDIT I use Alexa, forgot you were using Google
