Need help getting the best TV (with AndroidOS, preferrably) for my buck.

UPDATE: My budget recently increased to 1000€, what do you guys think about getting a Sony XH90/XH92 65-inch for 950€ or a Samsung Q80A 65-inch for 1000€?

TL;DR: Best AndroidTV for 600-700€ budget suggestions plz;)

My budget is 600-700€ (But would like to keep it 650€ max) and I am from Europe. Just trying to find the best TV I can get for this money and use it for decades. Real keen on the screen being a LCD (VA subtype), QLED or any other good OLED alternative with good black levels (Because I'm scared of burn-in). And as mentioned in the title I'd really want it to have built-in AndroidTV (It being the OS is the same thing right?) because it is really convenient. I could find some sales in my local stores and I'm planning only to buy it from there. Any help, guidance or suggestions will be greatly appreciated:D

Ysk, a smart TV has no upgrade path, better to get the best semi smart TV ( a commercial model; you get a hell of a lot more bang for the buck), and an Nvidia Shield Pro.

Commercial TV are built to last longer, have a brighter picture, have better warranties. You will usually need add a sound system though.

I did for mine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
