My TV launcher refuses to open, and upon opening it instantly restarts, I don't know what to do at all? I need help, It's slowed my ATV down very much, and i cant even open settings after pressing the home button, Please help.

Have you tried booting in Safe mode? Please check TV manual for the steps.

Try clearing the cache for that app.
In addition install and app called background that can close and Uninstaller apps
