I've seen Microsoft Surface products being sold on Amazon as "Srfc" or sth, fwiw. It does not mean Microsoft rebranded their laptops and tablets. :)
"Mecool M8S" used to be the name of AOSP boxes sold by the Mecool/Videostrong OEM. Maybe just a third-party seller/distributor rebranding to sell some boxes on Amazon.
