Disney + subscription problem error on Google TV

Hello,

I'm facing this issue, dk if I can call it a bug but whenever I try to play anything on disney plus on my TCL C725K (GTV) it will say that it has some issues playing, please contact subscription support

When I switch to hdmi arc or optical for sound, it works fine but sometimes I like to wear bt headphones so as to not disturb anyone

Is anyone else facing this problem or can check if it works fine for them?

That's weird. You pay for Disney+ directly through Disney, right? There's no way your audio settings have anything to do with it.

I get this too. I can access and play content from the same account on other devices so its not an account issue. This only started recently.

Wow! This is definetly the reason for me as well! If I use BT connection for the sound I cannot play anything. Using optical or hdmi is fine. Was going nuts over this one as I didn't connect the two.

Edit: also using TCL soundbar (TS8211)
