Hello, i downloaded and app via Downloader when I install it I can't find it in my applications, I have to go to system applications to find it and open it
The app works fine, it's just not practical because I can't add it to my main page so everytime I have to surf through my system apps to open it
Can you help me please ?
I was working on exactly the same issue last night and couldn't figure it out either but my alternative was to remap a button to go directly to that app.
What device do you have?
Apps that you sideload will not show up on your device's home screen or list of apps. The only native way to access them is via the Settings menu. Thus, the solution is to install a third-party app. Sideload Launcher is the easiest one to use. When you open it, you'll see a list of all your sideloaded apps.

I think the android tv launcher only allows apks that are android tv compatible if it is a phone apk it will only show in the system apps I think there's no way to get it on the android tv launcher the only way I do it it to install a 3rd party launcher which allows to show all apps, sideload launcher android tv is a good app to see all apps.
