Hi,
We have recently bought a Toshiba TV to view our CCTV cameras. However, after 3-4 hours it turns itself off. I have looked at Toshiba's supporting documents and online and changed all the settings that I can find on the TV, disabling any form of sleep mode or power-saving, however, the following keeps occurring every 3-4 hours.
I would appreciate any advice. I just want the TV to stay on all the time.

Former tech support agent here. Have you tried turning it off and on again? (Full reboot). It could be some kind of issue with a setting change not taking hold.
