Hello, I recently bought Philips TV 55PUS9206/12. I get awful picture noise when I watch on Netflix for example series “The Witcher or Sex Education, especially in the dark scenes. I don’t know what settings to make to solve this problem.

  1. Does this happens in any movies you watched? or in certain movies.
  2. Some movies may seem grainy in dark scenes, but the effect can be worse with incorrect picture settings
  3. Go to settings, under picture style, choose Movie, then restore style if needed. Movie mode is the most ideal when watching Movies on the tv. Other modes such as Vivid could make the noise more visible.
  4. If the noise still bugs you, play with noise reduction settings. Turn off any Motion settings.

Do you have the nicest Netflix package? I noticed crap quality between the 1 screen and 4 screen levels, I spent hours messing with settings but it was just Netflix being a jerk.
