I'm having these two situations.
I'm unable to install Retroarch on my Xiaomi Stick TV 4K. I've tried it through Play Store, Aurora Store and Send Files to TV and none of them worked.
Also it looks that this device firmware does not have any aosp stock file manager so I can't grant permission to other file managers and emulators to get full storage access like Android>data folder.
Is there some way for installing it? I tried installing "Files" shortcut apk but it can't find any file manager app to open.
Android 11 really sucks =(

I have the same problem as you and I think it has to do with Android 11, it seems the app hasn't been optimized for that version, I haven't been able to install it on my Realme Stick with Google TV 11, this is something that we must report to the developer.
No, it doesn't, it just a matter of doing some research first 😉
