I am trying to change subtitle appearance on netflix. Using laptop and phone, the change works fine but in case of tv the change doesn’t work. Although recently the option worked but now the subtitle appearance becomes default in the android tv version. What is the solution here?( I have changed the subtitle appearance several times and also clear data/uninstall the netflix tv app)
First of all, by "appearance", you can only change the size, background & shadow of the fonts.
Second, changes in subtitle appearance don't usually show up on TV. Select "English" instead of "English (CC)" to see if the appearances changed or not.
