Only real option for AndroidTV 12 is self-installation of LineageOS on the Onn.4K or Dynalink TV box. Maybe by the end of this year TV boxes will start shipping with AndroidTV 12, I believe a few of the latest Sony made GoogleTV's are shipping with version 12 already.

The only device running it is the ADT-3, but that's an outdated developer device.
There are few shipping ATV 11, and few have been updated to ATV 11.
10 and 11 didn't really add anything for ATV. 9, 12, and soon 13 are the important ones.
