I have blur reduction and judder reduction set to 2, but it is always activated when I turn the TV off and on. it annoys me. in the settings, the value is still 2, but you can clearly see on the image that the opera soap effect is active (very smooth movement) and the value is 10. I have to go to the settings and change the values ​​from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 2 each time.
