Chromecast with Google TV black screen ( NO LAUNCHER )

I tried to get the old android TV launcher on my chromecast but after disabling the stock launcher with the TechdoctorUk app My screen went black I restarted It shows the google tv logo then black. I tried casting a youtube video and it open youtube and the video start but I'm stuck on youtube because I can't access the stock launcher. I can't even access the settings to revert my launcher.

Is there a way to open the settings on the chromecast without the launcher AND without long press on home ?

Update: It's fine I succesfully reverted to the old launcher, I used the google assistant to install a launcher on the playstore then from the launcher that I opened as an app I accessed the USB debugging app and reverted the changes.

The only launcher UI for Google TV is what it already is.

The older "Android TV" launcher has two different UIs -- the older one and more Google TV like one. But the version is determined regionally and server-side.

When you disabled the stock launcher, there was nothing else left to be the home launcher (until you sideloaded one).

You could have also just reenabled the stock one via ADB to get it back.
