I have subscribed to the milb.tv package for a couple of years now. It would be sooo much better if I could watch it on my tv instead of my phone or tablet. I know I could connect my laptop to the tv, but it's a messy solution. I tried sideloading the Android app on my Onn Android tv box without any luck. Have any of you successfully sideloaded this? Can you share your method and links to the correct downloads?
I don't need the side-loaded on my Nvidia shield it's on the Google Play Store just type in MLB
Install Kodi on the Onn and from their repo install the milbtv addon.
You can try casting your phone or tablet screen to your TV if the devices allow that...it'd be the whole screen and the device would need to stay awake. Or if the tablet or phone allows HDMI output, you might find it a little easier than the laptop to connect as needed.
I have it on my nvidia shield. It works but you need a mouse
