by Defalt-1001

I am trying to decide if I should get Ccast with GTV or Roku stick 4K+. Only deal breaker of Ccast is very low storage it provides that I think I won't be freely decide which apps I want to use. Considering there are thousands of them, 8gb is really low. What do you think?

Not everybody wants to do it but taking the extra expense to add external device storage makes it a really competent device. Getting the rid of Google TV and replacing it with a 3rd party launcher makes is a very, very good device. IMHO the Google TV UI, while useful for some people, is not worth the hit on performance it takes on the hardware. Roku Stick 4k is a really good Roku, but it's a Roku, kind of the family sedan of device platforms. just responsive enough, all the major apps are there and it just works without the quirks or expandability and freedom that come with Android TV.

I love mine and don’t really understand the fuss about low storage. I only use “mainstream” tv apps - Netflix, Amazon, Disney, YouTube, Spotify, and a few others
