I use Puffin. it's good enough for watching NFL streams and other kinds of streaming videos.

u may need to use an additional app to figure out what hardware ure running so u use the right vers of chrome
The Google Home app has a remote option that lets you type on phone or tablet and have it show up on the Android TV device.
As for browser, TV Bro is a nice option that is usable via remote. Others I've tried are awkward or impossible without a mouse and keyboard.
I'd use the Android TV Remote app on your phone, and the browser of your choice on your TV (I have Odin Browser installed on mine).

There is a keyboard icon. If you long press it you can type or paste a long string of text. Requires adb turned on to work.
Plug your laptop into your television - browser on TV is not good and there's no way to make it good with the current implementation.
So basically you wanna use your phone as a keyboard?? Try the Google TV App or Oneplus Connect App.
