I managed to get it! Thought it was just the mobile app as I wanted to try it on phone first but it's working on shield as a tv app. Delighted.

Android TV devices have a ton of legal free movie apps that users can take advantage of. These allow you to access a variety of free movies and tv shows, usually paid for with a few ads.
I'm in Ireland too and have it on my shield leave it with me and I'll see if I can get it to ya. It won't work with my DNS provider tho VPN should be ok
