Can you pass-trough TrueHD/DTS-HD from cheap android box with PLEX app?

Hi, guys i am in searching for cheap tv box which can handle TrueHD and DTS-HD and pass it through hdmi to my soundbar Q950A which support all hi end audio formats... My only condition is to do it via PLEX cos this app, for me is the most easiest and convenient way to control my home movie library. Do you know that on the market exist cheap android tv box that can pass through TrueHD sound on hdmi via Plex app?

I know that only nvidia shield can handle this but it is too overpriced for a model from 2019...

The only Google certified Android TV boxes with Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio passthrough are all the Nvidia Shield TV versions as you already know.

There are non-certified Android boxes that support it but I ignore the names.
