I received firmware from Hisense and installed it. After the installation, it rebooted showing a double image, side by side. I've tried installing the firmware again as well as a factory reset. Same results. I've reached out to their support. Has anyone seen this before? Or have an idea of what I can look into? The set is from June 2021.
