No no no no. You can buy a box or a stick

GravityDead

Preety common in India. These are called "assembled TVs".

Basically, sellers import hardware parts separately. Then just assemble them here in the local market and slaps either samsung or Sony brand logo on it. Even 65" TVs are available.

Operating system is obviously a generic mobile version of android with a custom launcher.

Download CPU-Z and send me the screenshots. I might be able to provide you with the firmware files

Most android TVs run android 9 especially Sony. It's not bad to be honest. Runs all apps ECT. Try and find the stock launcher if you can and side load it.

If you bought it 6 months ago, why do you still have the stickers on the top left?

Also: why is it a fake Samsung? Where did you buy it?

Seems like a legit Sarnsung to me.

You can update as long as Samsung provides OTA update.

This doesn't look like Android or Tizen. If you still want good experience, then try Android Boxes like Nvidia Shield or cheap boxes like Chromecast, Firestick or H96 Max.
