Yep it is. I have a hard drive attached to it by way of a otg cable & that HD has loads of videos. I have a ssd drive that isn't recognized by the onn, don't know why?

Sure looks like the one I'm on right now. Great little box and FAST! I added a 128GB USB to it so I'm not worried about it only having 5GB of space out of the box.
