It doesn't work or you can't get it paired?
There is a little quirk with Bluetooth on the device. It's when it gets to the place where it says pair of or cancel press down with the remote until it goes to cancel then back up to pair then press enter. I have to do that to get anything paired. I makes no sense but it works.
I have a Bluetooth Minikeyboard on my other ONN Box which is an IPAZZPORT. Works like a champ. Got it from Jeff Bezos website.
