Is there a tv box that has the option to connect headphones to the remote control like the Roku Ultra has?

Anything with Bluetooth would connect wireless headphones

triplebeamz

Most people these days would just use Bluetooth headphones. There are devices out there that let you use wired headphones as Bluetooth, but it kind of defeats the purpose

AlexViean

Why would you want to connect your headphones to the remote control instead of the box itself?

Bardamu1932

I have a Roku TV and the Roku Voice Remote Pro that works for private listening on it and an Onn 4K Streaming Device (Android) hanging off of HDMI 1.

MotherFuckinEeyore

The old Nvidia Shield TV's did. I don't know if the new models do.

Go wireless. The freedom of no cords is great. Lots of great sounding earbuds these days that are wireless. Come join us in the future, it's nice. I loved my AKG K240 studio headphones, Sony MDR 7506 and Sennheiser HD 280 but it's 2022. No cords ever again. Today's tech allows for fantastic audio with NO cords. Embrace it. I can recommend a few great earbud review channels on youtube for ya like El Jefe and Picky Audio and my 2 favotite youtube channels. There are also another 2 channels I really like as well which actually let you HEAR the products using some great binaural microphones (these mics simulate how we hear sound so the recorded audio sounds like what we hear)....anyway the youtube channels Hi Listen and Headphones Addict are 2 fantastic channels to check out so you can hear it before you buy it. Amazing sources for sound comparisons between other products you might be considering. Simply search phrases like best earbuds under $100 or best earbuds under $50, or best ear buds under 200, whatever your price range. I would recommend getting something that has multipoint connections so you can connect to more than one device at a time, possibly ANC which is active noise cancellation if you are in a noisy City environment for example. It's pretty fun doing research on thiese products on youtube. There are thousands of videos out there for your earbuds and you would be astonished at how many quality brands there are for good prices these days. Don't just jump into something. Look at the competition to see what features are common and what you might need. A good pair of earbuds are fantastic though. Also don't think you have to buy airpods or whatever apple is trying to sell. There are just as good and better products for a fraction of the price.

Bluetooth receiver if you want to use wired headphones. Either get a super cheap one or you can get a nicer one that can double as a decent DAC and amp for general use if you are into higher end headphones.

Nope that's kind of a Roku thing. Plenty of Bluetooth dongles that let you use your wired earphones.
