Closed Captions in IPTV streams ?

Question

Hi guys, I know VLC does but do you know if any app besides Android TV Live Channels supports closed caption subtitles? I like the built-in app, but the lack of channel grouping and the non-updating EPG with TVIRL frustrates me and its difficult to know where.

Implayer is perfect for that and has local timeshift too if you need to pause or rewind to read ect
