Been having issues with certain apps for the last few weeks (Disney+ and HBOMAX)

I have been having issues lately with Disney+ not loading and giving me the Error code 83, HBOMAX takes forever to load and sometimes it does not. This issue started on Wi-Fi and I power cycled the tv and my Wi-Fi would not connect I changed my time from auto to manual and it fixed the issue with the connection but it did not solve the apps not connecting. I reset the TV last weekend and nothing changed. Today I started to have issues with YouTube TV and decided to connect through ethernet and it is still the same, what else can I do.

Go into your router settings and disable IPv6 and report back if possible. That fixed my Disney + errors plus other issues as well.

Hell, I can't even get the app to install. Best router, best service, best signal, damn good phones (and iPads, laptops), all settings optimal. No issues with Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Max, Audible, or any other app. Works fine on the tv though which is also running on wifi. The fact that I can't even install an app on any of my portable devices for a service I'm paying for really is the height of insanity in 2022. I'm an electronics engineer so no slouch when it comes to this kind of stuff. Really unimpressed that a multi-billion dollar corporation can't put together a team capable of dealing with a long standing issue, that affects even active users who already have this app installed, within a time frame spanning months. Yeah I want to finish watching Thor Love and Thunder (the kids suck up time on the tv) but I'm about to throw in the towel. That's my rant. It's probably reflective of tens of thousands of Google play users. Just read the first 20 reviews. You'll see my pain.

Hmm I’m sure you’ve Goggled the issue. But have u tried deleting and reinstalling Disney?
