Philips OLED803 TV freezes by time to time when watching Disney+ / HBO Max on Wi-Fi

Hey everyone,

Any ideas what to do about it? Tried both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connection. 2.4Ghz has around 130mbps and weirdly works better (freezes less) than the 5Ghz one which has around 700mbps. I thought it might be because of the signal strength, but the router is pretty close to the TV.

Also, just to mention it, Netflix works just fine. Could it be because of the apps themselves? Or maybe the connection? Has anyone else experienced this before?

This isn't the first report I've seen recently of Disney+ performance issues. It might be the app needs tuning, or your TV is struggling to run it.

Did you extend your space with hdd/pendrive etc? If yes. Check the connection or drive itself. I had some issues with apps installed on external ssd caused by broken cable.
