do you have a usb hub attached? that has caused me issues in the past with atv and updates..

try clear data and cache for play store , this always for that exact symptoms. 2nd last try when everything else fails, pull off ac plug and all peripheral connected to TV and restart TV after several minutes, final option is offcourse factory reset the TV .

What's your version now? The latest version is 32.2.49-23

Nvm I uninstall all the updates and reinstalled it works now.
