Another option is to get an HDMI splitter that supports PiP (but only in 1080p). Connect your devices to the splitter and then connect the splitter to your projector. You can find them on Amazon at a reasonable price like $60 - $100

Yes. U can if your TV has picture in picture you just have to make sure that you're YouTube Netflix comes from one HDMI cord and then you picture a picture your PlayStation from another HDMI cord input.
There's no way to do this through Android TV, since there aren't many (any?) Android TV devices that have an HDMI passthrough. You would need a TV that has PIP built in.
