I just bought this tv and there is no option to change the resolution on this tv. I have googled and found nothing and no display option in the settings to change it. Anyone has the same tv and has found a workaround maybe?

It's not usually called resolution, some differentiate it by calling it UHD or FHD.
Resolution of what? What are you actually trying to accomplish, change the resolution of the UI?
