How do I put this remote into BT paring mode?

My Mi TV Stick came with this remote, it doesn’t have any model name or S/N. It lost connection with the device and I can’t figure it out how to reset the connection. I also have a XMRM-006 remote for another device, pushing the home and menu buttons works on that one. Do you have any suggestion?

On some of my mi devices they drop the factory remote randomly and won't re-pair successfully without a reboot of the box.

Try holding the volume down and volume up buttons for a few seconds. I don't have the same remote but that's how it works on mine

Google remotes use back and home. Maybe that one is based on the reference one?
