ČR has not gone through the latest update which contains the Home screen layout change.
Switch your VPN to something else, e.g. Sweden and give it a moment, the home screen will change to the new one. If you want the old home screen back, just shut down the VPN connection or change your server to Prague.
Has someone set it to the Apps Only mode in settings?

Protože v Česku oficiálně Google TV stále není spuštěná (jako ve zbytku východní Evropy). Nechybí ti jen ten úvodní slider bar, ale i veškerá doporučení, která se objevují níže. Máš tam výběr z aplikací, jako u Android TV. Do budoucna ale snad plná Google TV verze přijde i k nám.
