From the beginning, my Tivo Stream 4k would not turn off when I pressed the power button on the remote. I got around this by using the voice command "Turn off Tivo." There would be a response like, "Ok, turning off Tivo Stream 4k."

Now when I give the voice command, I get the response, but it does not actually turn off. I have it plugged into a power strip so I have been turning it off that way, but would rather shut it down properly.

Any advice?
