I cannot find technical support for this anywhere. I called the only number I could find, they said they only support TVs, and gave me the number 855 439-758 but that number is not in service...
The device has been great for $20 but I can't change the input which I need to do now.
Does anyone know how to reach them?

There is probably not going to be any support for that kind of issue. It's likely input is simply not supported by the device for your TV.
