The tv has 4gb and showed the other day "low storage". I tried to unintall all three apps which I installed and was able to free up 300mb.
Or so I thought.
Once I rebooted all apps were back available and the 'low storage' message kept popping up. I tried a few USB sticks and formated the drive as system storage. After turning the tv off the memory stick was again an "unrecognized USB device".
If I try to reset to factory settings the the tv turns off and stay off. Once turned on it will go back to the previous state where my 3 apps are present, no additional system storage added and storage low.
If I try to book in safe mode, it will turn off and go back to the above mentioned state.
Very frustrating if your tv runs out of memory due to system app updates. (If I try to uninstall updates the tv will power off and go back to the previous state).
Is there anything else I can do to get the tv functional again?
My Q7G just died aswel. Just outside Costco's two year warranty.
Same issue.. claimed no storage space. Disney is the only app so space isn't a problem. Cleaned and attempt a factory reset and got the same experience, didn't restart and wasn't factory restored. Android homepage would load but only after a few attempts and if I didn't immediately jump into YouTube the set would blackscreen and have to be reset. YouTube would randomly blackscreen aswel. Went like that for a couple days and now it refuses to power on. Such a cosmic bummer
