Xiaomi 4k tv stick are great
I have two ONN 4K, they get the job done cost effectively. I don't run Kodi though, so you may want to research if they have sufficient horsepower for that.
If you can't find ONN, look for Dynalink which uses the same chip combo.

I like the Chromecasta with google Tv but all the ones I have the remotes disconnect all the time so not recommend
Have you tried an onn 4k if you have access to walmart? Nice and cheap. Easily returnable if it doesn't perform as you want. I haven't used the others on your list, though.
