So I have this Android TV where the Settings app is locked by the OEM

So my Android TV is running TV 9,for the WiFi,accounts and storage it has its own settings app that they put in there,and the normal Android TV settings are no where to be found,even with Activity Launcher it says:Failed to open this,any way I can unblock it
