Tv systems tend to be poo and not updated. A $20 onn tv box from Walmart will be way better than the base android tv in my opinion

I’m pretty sure all the 32” Android TVs are only 720p. There’s the Insignia Fire TV that’s 1080p if you’re ok with a Fire TV.

For a 720p Android you have TCL, Hisense and SANSUI. They’re all not very good, but I’d probably pick the TCL 3-Series.

I have one Sony XR-50X90J, google tv is amazing.

Quality/price I think Sony is the best.

When I was looking for a connected TV, the seller advised me to buy a good TV and add a good Android box such as Fire TV, Chromecast with Google TV or NVIDIA TV Shield.

Sony, Hisense, TCL, Phillips, Panasonic etc.
