Only device that's running Google TV is the CCwGTV It's on sale right now $40 on the Google Store. If you are in the US the ONN UHD $20 is a beast if you can find one in stock, It runs Android TV Discover UI though.

I'm pretty sure the Chromecast with Google TV is the only box that has that platform if you don't want to buy a TV. It has an ethernet power supply you can buy separately.
