Is there an easy way to add a Mi TV to the Mi Home app?

I have just received a MI TV P1 55", and I am trying to add it as a device in the Mi Home app on my phone.

I had to switch country to China to allow me to detect the TV from the app. But then my phone asks for a QR code to scan, which I can't find anywhere on the TV settings.

I have also added my Mi Account to the TV, and the TV is on My Devices in my Mi Account...
