So I was watching cable tv on my TV(connected via HDMI) on my tv and suddenly chrome browser opens up(and chrome I can’t find the chrome browser on my TV) and some porn video starts playing on my TV. This has been happened twice so far and I can’t think of or find any reason this is happening.

Seems the most likely reason.
First question is if your wifi has password. Second is who did you share it with.
As another “User” said, someone “Casted” to ur TV. Change the “Password” to ur Router.
Your innocent daughter/son/partner or filthy flat mate cast his porn by accident.
If you live alone then it might be a good idea to change your wifi password or turn off WPS
In your TV settings somewhere about Chromecast unselect so you don't allow guests or anyone to cast.

Install the Google home app on your phone and use the same Gmail account you are using on your tv, select your tv > settings > recognition and "sharing and let other users control your cast media" to never.
It you are seeing a chrome window also check that there is no HDMI cable connected to the tv.

It could be an ad, that opens chrome. It could be an ad from the app you are watching, or a notification from a site that has notification access in chrome. So first try to block ads in your wifi using a dns ad blocking server like adguard dns and second try to delete data from chrome 's app info
