I lost my remote to my Sharp Android TV, now there is a joystick on the back. Up and down works, but left and right changes the volume, so I can’t move sideways. Am I screwed?

If you're using a current Android phone you have a software remote built in the already included Google tv app

go on amazon i found remote for old tv . look at back of tv and find exact model

Google home app has a remote. Select the TV and you’ll see a volume wheel initially. Look in the bottom left corner for a button labeled remote. Mine asked me for a code and my tv popped up with the code to enter to pair and then I was able to control it.

You can buy a Mibox remote on Aliexpress for 5 bucks and pair it with the TV no problem
