Are you trying to purchase in-person at physical store location???
Walmart has purposely not filled stores with inventory for this BlackFriday week, well they push heavily for more online BlackFriday shopping, so they can ship directly warehouse to your front door without having labor costs of stocking shelves/displays in-store with all the sale items.
Should be able to still order Onn.4K online and get it sent/shipped from one of WalMart's warehouse distribution hubs, of course you'll have to order more crap to be over the minimum dollar value to get free shipping if not a Walmart+ member.
My ccwgtv works way better than my 2019 shields. Are the shields really that bad?

Right now the Walmart plus service which gives you free shipping on everything has a 30-day trial so at the end of the trial if you don't like Walmart plus cancel it

The Dynalink is on sale for USD 30$ on Amazon plus another 5% coupon you can clip on the page. It's probably as close as you're going to get.
I agree ccwgtv is sucky but the onn device isn't any miracle either. It's just the low price leader. The same or better can be had for just a little more scratch.
I've got it available at one store in my area - Bremerton (WA) Store. Amazon has it, but for $38.
Walmart will ship them too, there's 1 store here that has them still in stock. There's also a way to expand the memory on them too.
