AptX is a licensed protocol. Only ways to use it are to have the device certified for it (and not even many phone models are) or to mod it in (which requires root, which most streaming devices don't have).

There might be LDAC, which is better anyway and part of stock Android. But not as many headphones models support it as it was originally a Sony contribution.
