Just installed Smart YT TV and every time a video gets to an ad the app says it's skipping the ad but what it really does it it just goes to a different video. Has anyone else experienced this also.

Smart YTTV no longer being supported, the last app release from 2020 should still block ADs mid-video, but the start-up initial Ads can't be skipped and if the video won't play then Google jacked something in the API. Smart Tube is the newly developed stable Ad-Free YT app, and STN Beta is the development version. Official App support for the new app is only on TELEGRAM.
