Help! I went to do something, and when I came back the tv screen is just black. Hard reset hasn’t done anything. Does anyone know a fix?
Blue screen
Check the connections, audio video, and HDMI cables.
Unplug the TV from power for about 5 to 10 minutes, then plug it back in to see if the problem clears up.
Check your source device settings and make sure that all output settings are turned on, now try another source to see if a blue/black screen is still there.
If you’ve tried all the above and still have a blue/black screen, you might need to have the TV tested for hardware faults.
