What app you use, what is model of TCL and why you try turn on via phone when there is remote?

First try update all apps on tv and phone and if it doesn't help flash img(this will delete all on tv and reset like it from factory default https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tcl-s434-firmware-question.4304693/
