How can i install media apps like VLC or Mx player for Android tv and how can i install apks with usb as apk don't appear in tv file manager and how can i stream or cast from my phone or windows laptop Can't find playstore icon in my tv only the browser and I can't search from inside it as it opens as web page Sorry for my questions but I'm new in smart tvs
1st. Install an app as solid explorer on your tvbox then install "send files to tv" app in both (cellphone and tvbox) after... Send data to tvbox through this app and excecute it finding the file transfered
If the APKs aren't showing in the file manager, the app store is a generic one, and you can't cast from your smartphone, then it's a Smart TV with Linux, not Android TV.
What tv?
