TCL series 4 2022 Ethernet/Wi-Fi connectivity issues

So I have recently purchased this tv and at first was using Wi-Fi and although it would work easily the tv would lose internet access frequently. Whenever this happened I would go ahead and turn off the Wi-Fi from settings and switch it back on and it would work fine after. I figured Ethernet was the way to go and have it connected now but the issues persist every time I power my unit. I then have to go through the process of unplugging the Ethernet cord and plugging in again for it to work correctly. I hope that google will get the data from the issues of the tv and hopefully bug fix but aside from that the tv is perfect in every way aside from YouTube bugs. Anybody have the same problems and have a resolution?

Can you connect a computer to this exact same Ethernet cable and test things out (unplug from the TV and connect to the computer)?

And what does the other end of this Ethernet cable connect into directly?

Try factory resetting your TV, also see if their is an update available. If none of these work contact TCL.

Have a look in Ethernet settings and make DHCP is selected and not static.
