I'm planning to do Game Streaming like xcloud and GeForce Now but my current tcl tv doesn't have support for dual band frequency wifi and doesn't detect 5Ghz. and the Ethernet port is limited to 100mbps speeds. I've tried using an Ethernet adapter to usb and the speeds are worse than just direct Ethernet connection.
100 Mbps is way more than enough. Wireless connection will never be as stable as wired one.
The stuttering you have is from something else, not your TV connection. It's either your internet connection, or the TV's processor just doesn't cut it.
You don't need more than 20-50 Mbps for cloud streaming, the 100Mbps Ethernet port is more than enough for your case.
