Can't turn the TV off and on with the mi box remote

I tried everything, I turned on the hdmi-cec and the one key power off

I also turned on the HDMI-CEC on the TV itself (samsung 2021)

I tried all kinds of options from the Devolopers,

I've tried turning off and on every possible feature, just doesn't work.

What happens in the end is that I press the off button on the remote of the mi box, it turns off but the TV stays on, and even when the TV is off and I try to turn it on, nothing happens.

Has anyone encountered such a phenomenon and managed to fix something? Even with an app or APK?

Probably not going to be a big help here but have you confirmed that the HDMI cable you're using is compatible and functioning properly? Mine "works" but there's a delay on it shutting my soundbar off fast enough so my TV turns back on during the shutdown process 8 out of 10 times. Really wish this feature was more user friendly.
